Cancellation Policy
At Nexcardz, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy explains when an order may be cancelled and outlines important exceptions for pre-sale and pre-order Pokémon products.
Order Cancellation (In-Stock Items Only)
Orders for in-stock items may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation:
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
Pre-Order & Pre-Sale Items (Important)
All pre-order and pre-sale items are final once the order is placed and can not be cancelled.
This is because pre-sale orders are submitted immediately to Pokémon and our official distribution partners to secure allocated stock.
By placing a pre-order or pre-sale order, you acknowledge and agree that:

The order cannot be cancelled or modified

Payment is non-refundable prior to shipment

The order will be shipped on or shortly after the release date stated in the product description
Release dates are provided by the manufacturer and may be subject to change.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You may, however:

Refuse delivery upon arrival, or

Request a return after receiving the item (if eligible under our Return & Refund Policy)
Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations (for eligible in-stock orders) will be refunded to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days

Promotional & Limited Releases
Orders placed during sales, promotions, pre-access events, or limited releases may not be eligible for cancellation due to inventory allocation and demand.
