At Nexcardz, we take pride in offering 100% authentic, officially distributed Pokémon products. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we aim to make our return process clear, fair, and transparent.

Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon Trading Card Game products, please read this policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests within 60 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and factory sealed

  • Original shrink wrap and seals must be fully intact

  • Items must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

⚠️ Opened products, unsealed items, or products with damaged shrink wrap are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
This policy protects all customers from tampered or searched products.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or unsealed Pokémon TCG products

  • Booster packs, Elite Trainer Boxes, or bundles that have been opened or tampered with

  • Individual booster packs (unless defective upon arrival)

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order items

Return Request Process

1. Contact Us
Email us at info@ Nexcardz.com within 60 days of delivery.
Please include:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

2. Return Authorization
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
If approved, you will receive return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

3. Shipping the Return

  • Items must be securely packed (preferably in original packaging)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or Klarna

If a returned item does not meet our eligibility requirements, it will be shipped back to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the outer and inner packaging

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, based on your preference and availability.
