Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after Friday evening or during the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.

Once an order is processed, customers receive a shipping confirmation email, including tracking details where applicable.
Please note: During high-demand periods, product launches, or special sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Pre-Order & Pre-Sale Items
Products marked as Pre-Order or Pre-Sale are subject to special fulfillment conditions:

Within 24 hours of purchase, customers will receive a tracking number, even for pre-orders.

This tracking number will only become active and start updating after the official release date, once the shipment is physically handed over to the carrier.
